New Job Alert! Temporary Payroll Administrator GBP
34000 per annum ongoing for a period of up to 9 months. Liverpool – office based. Adaptable Recruitment are partnering with a growing business in Liverpool who is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their vibrant team.
- Process end-to-end payroll across multiple payroll cycles.
- Maintain employee payroll records, including starters, leavers and contractual changes.
- Process payroll inputs including overtime, bonuses, commissions, allowances and salary changes.
- Administer statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP and other family-related payments.
- Process pension contributions, enrolments and opt-outs.
- Validate payroll data and perform payroll reconciliations prior to payment.
- Generate payroll reports and support month-end and year-end activities.
- Ensure compliance with HMRC, pension and GDPR requirements.
- Respond to employee payroll queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Liaise with HR, Finance and operational teams to ensure payroll accuracy.
- Must have previous relevant payroll experience
- Strong IT skills are essential
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Must be able to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
