Safran is seeking an HR Data Analyst to join the Talent Acquisition team on a 6 month contract in the UK. You will build data-driven recruitment reporting and benchmarking to support decision making across UK hiring.
You’ll develop dashboards (Power BI), analyse external market data, and provide actionable insights to optimise recruitment performance in a fast-paced, international aerospace environment.
