Essential Employment is hiring an HR Business Partner – Children’s for Harrow on a hybrid basis. The role is full-time on a temporary contract, paying £24.81 per hour PAYE. You will lead the delivery and development of HR services for the Children’s Directorate and act as a senior partner on complex casework and policy development.
You will drive change, ensure up-to-date policy knowledge, and line-manage the team as required, providing proactive, outcome-focused HR support across directorates.
