Macmillan Davies is partnering with a busy HR team to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor on an initial six-month fixed-term contract with strong potential to extend. You will support managers across a wide range of employee relations matters, manage a varied caseload, and help deliver a professional, responsive HR service.
The role requires solid experience in employee relations, absence, disciplinary and grievance matters, plus excellent communication skills.
