We're looking for a People Business Partner
- Reward, Benefits and Wellbeing to join our People Services team on a fixed-term contract until April 2028. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people professional to play a key role in shaping and delivering our reward, benefits and wellbeing agenda across the Group. You'll work closely with leaders, colleagues and external providers to ensure our reward and wellbeing offering supports colleague experience, drives engagement and aligns with our wider People strategy.
This role is predominantely based out of our Liverpool City Centre Office, with travel to our St Helens and Warrington offices as required in line with business needs. You'll benefit from agile working while maintaining a visible presence across the business to build strong relationships and support key projects and initiatives.
What you'll be doing:- Acting as the People Business Partner lead for delegated Reward, Recognition, Benefits and Wellbeing activity, ensuring delivery is customer focused, timely and aligned to organisational priorities.
- Supporting the design, development and implementation of reward and recognition initiatives that enhance colleague experience, support retention and reinforce organisational values.
- Working with leaders, People colleagues and Communications teams to develop and embed meaningful employee value propositions across the Group.
- Reviewing existing benefits and benefit platforms, assessing colleague value, supplier performance, usage, administration requirements and value for money.
- Developing recommendations for new or improved benefits arrangements, including implementation plans, communications and success measures.
- Supporting procurement activity for reward, wellbeing and benefits suppliers, including specification development, tender evaluations and implementation support.
- Leading or coordinating supplier review activities to drive service improvements and resolve issues effectively.
- Identifying, introducing and evaluating wellbeing initiatives that respond to colleague needs and emerging good practice.
- Managing and supporting the quarterly MHFAiders forum, coordinating agendas, actions and network engagement activities.
- Building strong working relationships with leaders, managers, People Services, Finance, Procurement, Communications teams and external suppliers.
- Providing advice and guidance on reward, benefits and wellbeing matters, balancing colleague experience, organisational risk and value for money.
- Using data, colleague feedback and benchmarking insight to inform recommendations and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Preparing reports, presentations, business cases and briefing papers to support decision making and project delivery.
- Supporting governance, compliance, audits and risk management activity across reward, benefits and wellbeing programmes.
- Promoting inclusion, accessibility and fairness in the design and delivery of all colleague initiatives.
- Experience working in partnership with leaders, managers and stakeholders on people-related priorities within a customer-focused environment.
- Experience supporting or delivering reward, recognition, benefits or wellbeing initiatives.
- Experience reviewing benefits provision, colleague services, suppliers or benefit platforms and making practical recommendations for improvement.
- Experience supporting procurement activity, supplier selection, contract reviews or supplier performance management.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective relationships and influence at all levels.
- Experience using data, colleague feedback and benchmarking insight to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce reports, presentations, briefings and colleague communications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activity across a variety of stakeholders, suppliers and project groups.
