Office-Based - Liverpool Join Our Growing Recruitment Team We're looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team, specialising in the Driving & Logistics sector . This is a 360 recruitment role , giving you full ownership of your desk from business development through to candidate placement and account management. If you're motivated by building relationships, achieving targets, and earning uncapped commission, we'd love to hear from you.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Develop and manage your own client portfolio within the driving sector. Generate new business through sales calls, networking, and client visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Source, interview, and place professional drivers into temporary and permanent roles. Advertise vacancies and proactively search for candidates. Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to placement. Ensure compliance with industry and legal requirements.

Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. What We're Looking For Previous recruitment experience preferred. Strong sales and business development skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Organised with the ability to manage multiple vacancies. A positive attitude and desire to build a successful career in recruitment. What's on Offer £30,000 - £35,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
