Position: Total Reward Consultant

This role is hybrid to be based in either Manchester or Liverpool

Win as a Team

Join the Total Reward team and help shape reward solutions that support colleagues and business priorities across Intact Insurance. In your role, you will use data, insights, and technology to help deliver market aligned reward programmes, improve processes, and support informed decision making across compensation, benefits, executive remuneration, and recognition.

You’ll make an impact by:
  • Delivering reward solutions across the total reward cycle and supporting key reward projects and work streams.
  • Providing data analysis, reporting, and insights that support reward related decision making across the business.
  • Supporting the design and delivery of compensation, benchmarking, incentive and benefits programmes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to develop effective, market aligned reward solutions.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency through automation and technology.
  • Contributing to broader people and financial processes while ensuring high quality delivery and attention to detail.
Your skills and experience:
  • Experience across total reward disciplines with an understanding of compensation, benefits, and reward programmes is preferable
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills, with the ability to turn data into meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools and technologies, including Power BI, Power Query, data modelling, or automation solutions would be beneficial
  • Ability to deal with priorities effectively while delivering accurate, high quality outcomes in an ever-changing environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work discretely, using sound judgement while recognising when support or escalation is needed.
