We're partnering with a fantastic organisation to recruit an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their friendly, collaborative HR team to cover a period of maternity leave.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of an established team, supporting managers across a wide range of employee relations matters while playing an important role in delivering a responsive and effective HR service.

The Role

This is a great opportunity to join a busy and supportive Employee Relations team, where you'll work closely with managers to provide practical advice and guidance across a variety of employee relations matters. You'll play an important role in managing cases effectively and ensuring managers receive a professional, responsive HR service.
