HR Advisor

Immediate Temporary (ongoing) We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our clients small, dynamic HR team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive HR guidance and support across various aspects of people management. The successful candidate will play a key role in recruitment, training, employee engagement, and managing employee relations cases. Additionally, you will be involved in exciting projects such as the implementation of a new HR System – Cezanne HR and various employee engagement activities.

Day-to-day of the role:
Recruitment :
Manage all aspects from candidate attraction to selection, including liaising with recruitment agencies, attending interviews, and ensuring diversity and inclusion in recruitment processes. Performance Management :
Support and advise on probationary reviews, performance reviews, and professional development plans. Employee Relations and Case Management :
Provide first-line HR advice on policies, procedures, and employment law. Manage employee relation cases ensuring correct procedures are followed. HR Systems & Processes :
Assist with the development and maintenance of the HR System – Cezanne HR, create reports, and contribute to new process development. General HR Duties :
Support HR queries, coach managers on best practices, manage employee benefits, and participate in HR projects and activities. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

CIPD or relevant degree/qualification. Proven experience within an HR team. Highly computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with HR software; knowledge of Cezanne HR is desirable. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships. Flexible, professional approach with excellent organisational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a variety of case loads. Right to Work in the UK.
