This is a exciting opportunity to join a prestigious premium financial services firm operating across the UK as its Employee Relations Lead.

If you are an experienced Employee Relations professional looking for a senior role where you can influence ER strategy, manage complex casework and strengthen leadership capability across a successful, regulated organisation, this one is for you!

As the organisation’s Employee Relations subject matter expert, you will lead the effective management of ER matters across the business, ensuring cases are handled fairly, consistently and in accordance with UK employment law, ACAS guidance and relevant financial-services regulations

This opportunity would suit an experienced Employee Relations specialist or senior HR professional with strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgement and a pragmatic, people-focused approach. You will also have experience providing advice within a regulated environment, ideally within an FCA regulated organisation.

The role is likely to move into permanent position after the fixed 12 month period along with the opportunity to shape employee relations practice across the organisation.
