Salary: £28,000–£38,000 basic (DOE)
OTE:
Year 1 £ 40k–£50k | Year 2 £ 50k–£60k | Year 3 £ 70k+

Vetro Recruitment is hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Permanent Recruitment Division based in Liverpool. This is a warm desk with established client relationships and active demand, giving you strong earning potential from day one.

You’ll deliver permanent recruitment solutions to health, social care and education settings across the North West of the UK, recruiting roles such as:

• Support Worker / Senior Support Worker
• Deputy Manager
• Registered Manager
• Operational Manager

• Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients in Health & Social Care
• Conduct client visits to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions
• Attract and engage suitable candidates using job boards, social media, referrals and our database
• Write and post adverts on job boards, social media and our website
• Proactively source and headhunt candidates
• Interview and assess Support Workers, Managers and other care professionals
• Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring excellent service and compliance

• Experience in agency recruitment (Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant)
• Ambitious, resilient, target-driven and motivated by commission/bonus
• Professional communication and attention to detail
• Process-driven and organised
• Full UK driving licence

• Experienced recruiter looking to move into a high-demand, “recession-resistant” sector
