This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced recruiter or a successful B2B salesperson looking to build a long-term career within one of the UK's leading recruitment businesses.

You'll be joining an experienced, high-performing and supportive team, working alongside a successful consultant who will help you develop your market, build client relationships and maximise your earning potential.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a large geographical area, building relationships with existing clients while proactively winning new business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Generating new business through proactive B2B sales activity
• Managing and growing client accounts
• Visiting clients to understand their recruitment requirements and workforce challenges
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing temporary and contract candidates
• Negotiating rates, terms and service agreements
• Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
• Building your presence and reputation within the local market This is a varied role that combines office-based sales activity with client and candidate meetings across the region. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
• Previous experience in recruitment and/or B2B sales
• A strong track record of building relationships and developing business
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• A commercial mindset and a passion for achieving results
• The resilience and determination to overcome challenges
