Project Consulting Design and Delivery Lead

Join EY as a Project Consulting Design and Delivery Lead. In this role you will drive the strategic planning, design, and implementation of office technology solutions globally, ensuring optimal end‑user experience and cost efficiency.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Partner with relevant project stakeholders on key initiatives and stakeholder engagement
• Attend steercos with business line executives, OMP’s and decision makers
• Develop trusted advisor status
• Ensure technologies are applied correctly and aligned to expectations
• Drive the technology experience
• Orchestrate the solutioning and design of technology products and services into the office
• Partner with Real Estate D&P Leads, Facilities, IT PMO, Architecture, PM teams, BRM and other key project stakeholders to ensure a complete and successful end‑user experience
• Oversee the RFP process for office projects where applicable
• Maintain alignment to stated budget targets
• Collect feedback and share with the I&O Product Teams to improve our solutions and experiences

Analytical/Decision‑Making Responsibilities

The role requires solid analytical acumen and solution orientation to understand business requirements and apply appropriate technologies, guide changes, and mitigate issues. It includes consultative questioning, influence management, and critical thinking to recommend viable solutions.

Supervision Responsibilities

While an individual contributor, this role may manage a team on specific projects or influence and manage peers, vendors, and suppliers in executing the design plan.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders in a matrixed, geographically dispersed organization
• Adaptive communication style, advanced oral and written communication in English, calm under pressure
• Consultative skill to conduct effective questioning, formulate ideas, and present clearly to all organization levels
• Advanced knowledge of related technology and solutions, and ability to recognize improvement opportunities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability to handle multiple shifting priorities across projects
• Project management skills and technology infrastructure design experience to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Knowledge of external vendors and suppliers in office technology industry to manage their activities
• In‑depth understanding of EY’s business and the role of PCD&D within the organization, with ability to promote Office Technology Services and solutions

Other Requirements

The role may require periodic additional time, support for multiple demands, issues, and varying time zones. Some travel may be required.

Job Requirements Education

College degree in a related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable work experience.

Experience

Approximately 8–10 years in a consulting or product/project management role, with a progression of increasingly complex responsibilities.
