Role Overview This role is suited to an experienced and high-performing Business Intelligence Analyst with advanced Power BI capability, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insight. The successful individual will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making and influencing strategic and operational outcomes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver measurable business value through the design and delivery of advanced BI solutions. Lead the development, optimisation, and automation of Power BI dashboards and reports that are scalable, insightful, and user-centric. Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and convert them into actionable analytics and data products. Influence senior decision-makers through clear data storytelling, visual narratives, and strategic insight. Act as a subject matter expert in Power BI, including DAX, data modelling, and visualisation best practices.
