Infrastructure Architect

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Architect to join a technology-driven organisation, taking ownership of the design and evolution of secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms. This is a senior technical role where you’ll provide architectural leadership across cloud strategy, infrastructure modernisation, and operational excellence.

You’ll work closely with platform, security, and engineering teams to ensure cloud solutions align with enterprise standards and business objectives.

• Design and deliver end-to-end cloud architectures across compute, storage, networking, identity, and automation
• Define cloud standards, reference architectures, and infrastructure design patterns
• Lead the design of hybrid and multi-cloud environments across Azure, AWS, and GCP
• Drive infrastructure-as-code approaches using tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM
• Support and guide on-prem to cloud migrations following best-practice frameworks
• Ensure cloud platforms meet security, compliance, resilience, and governance requirements
• Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring engineers and advising senior stakeholders

• Strong hands-on background across cloud infrastructure, networking, and systems administration
• Extensive experience designing and supporting cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and/or GCP)
• Exposure to container platforms (Kubernetes, AKS/EKS/GKE) and Dev Ops/CI/CD tooling
• Deep understanding of networking, identity and access management, and cloud security principles
• Proven experience building scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures
• Strong knowledge of automation, IaC, and cloud cost optimisation (Fin Ops)
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Professional cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Experience in large or complex enterprise environments
• Familiarity with architectural or service management frameworks
