Senior Product Designer | AI-Native Product Design | Generative AI

You’ll design intuitive human–agent interactions and shape the core experience of a new suite of AI-native products. You will take ideas from concept to high‑fidelity prototypes, build scalable design systems, and drive user research that informs product direction. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑moving environment where you’ll contribute directly to zero‑to‑one product development.

• Degree in Design, HCI or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of product design experience within SaaS/PLG environments
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience designing AI‑powered or agent‑driven applications
• Strong grounding in user research, usability testing and design thinking
• AI‑native mindset — you actively use AI tools in your workflow
• Startup/scale‑up experience; comfortable designing products from scratch
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple work streams independently

• Human–agent collaboration models and next‑gen agent UX patterns
• Design systems that scale across multiple AI products
• Rapid prototyping from idea through to high‑fidelity execution
• Cross‑functional product squads including founders and engineers
• Tools such as Figma and AI‑assisted design workflows

• 0→1 experience in early‑stage environments
• Background in AI‑native applications or emerging interface paradigms

You’ll help define new design patterns for intelligent agents and play a key role in building products in a category that’s still being invented. You’ll work in a highly AI‑native environment with rapid experimentation, direct user exposure, and genuine ownership over product direction.
