Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, storage, and networking hardware.
- Monitor environmental and infrastructure systems (power, cooling, cabling).
- Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, and replacement.
- Maintain and update asset inventory and documentation.
- Support change management and incident response processes.
- Work closely with IT, network, and facilities teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in data centre operations or similar IT infrastructure role.
- Strong knowledge of hardware (servers, switches, cabling).
