Network Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Network Analyst to support the monitoring, analysis, and maintenance of network systems. This role is ideal for individuals starting their networking career who want hands‑on exposure to enterprise network environments while working under the guidance of experienced network engineers.

• Monitor network performance, availability, and alerts
• Assist in troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues
• Support analysis of network incidents and service disruptions
• Help maintain network documentation, diagrams, and inventories
• Assist with configuration and maintenance of network devices under supervision
• Support network security and compliance tasks
• Log and track incidents using ticketing systems
• Escalate complex network issues to senior engineers

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs)
• Familiarity with the OSI and TCP/IP models
• Basic knowledge of network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Understanding of Windows and/or Linux fundamentals
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn and develop networking skills

• Degree, diploma, or training in IT, Networking, or a related field
• Entry‑level networking certification (CCNA, Network+, or equivalent – completed or in progress)
• Internship, lab, or academic project experience in networking
• Familiarity with network monitoring or ticketing tools
