Paid Social Executive

Full Time

Liverpool (Hybrid - 2X per week in the office)

ReCulture are proud to partner with a Liverpool-based digital agency with a passion for delivering impactful work across eCommerce, edtech, and lifestyle brands.

Our client has built its reputation on high-quality, people-first digital work and long-standing client relationships. With a strong pipeline of projects and exciting clients in the lifestyle and consumer space, the team is now looking for a Paid Social Executive to help drive performance-led campaigns that make a real impact.

About the role

  • Own and manage 3–4 client accounts focused on eCommerce and lead generation
  • Plan, build and optimise paid social campaigns with clear performance goals (ROAS, CTR, CPM).
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align creative and paid strategy.
  • Use campaign insights to continuously improve performance.
  • Reporting directly to the Head of Paid Media

About you

  • 3+ years of Paid Social experience (agency or in-house).
  • Proactive thinker who can manage accounts independently.
  • Skilled across Meta, Linked In, and Tik Tok platforms.
  • Comfortable working 2 days/week in the Liverpool studio.
  • Passionate about creative, data-driven work and digital growth
