This is a high‑impact role where your decisions will directly shape our revenue, conversion rates, and margins.
You’ll own the trading strategy, run weekly trade reviews, and collaborate across teams to deliver results that matter.

Deliver responsive, professional support via email, live chat, and phone. Resolve order queries and returns with empathy and efficiency. Improve FAQs and on‑site info based on customer feedback. - Google Ads & Digital Marketing: Manage and optimise Google Ads across Search, Shopping & Display. Run A/B tests, refine targeting, and maximise ROI. Support email campaigns, social media posts, and basic design tasks.
- Performance & Analysis: Report on trading activity and campaign performance. Use insights to recommend actions and improve conversion rates.
- 2+ years in an e‑commerce or digital marketing role, preferably in a retail/agency setting.
- Strong commercial instincts and pricing strategy experience.
- Confident with spreadsheets, performance metrics, and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and customer experience skills.
