We’re working with an ambitious and growing digital agency that’s expanding its Social team following continued client growth. The agency is known for its performance-led mindset, collaborative culture, and forward-thinking approach to paid social and creative testing.
They’re now looking for a Paid Social Executive who’s confident in platform execution and keen to develop further within a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You’ll be running and optimising campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest and X, supporting ecommerce and lead generation clients across multiple sectors.
This is a full-funnel role where you’ll manage campaigns across awareness, consideration and conversion objectives, continuously refining performance to drive ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR and CVR improvements.
You’ll contribute to creative testing plans, experimenting with new formats, messaging angles and audience strategies, while supporting wider organic, UGC and influencer activity as part of integrated campaign thinking.
Client communication will form part of your role, sharing updates, insights and recommendations clearly and confidently. You’ll collaborate closely with design, content, SEO and paid media teams to deliver joined-up, performance-driven campaigns.
PAID SOCIAL EXECUTIVE ESSENTIALSKILLS:
- 2–3 years’ hands‑on paid social experience (agency preferred)
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Understanding of campaign objectives, pixel tracking and optimisation logic
- Confident analysing performance data and explaining insights
- Proactive, creative mindset with a passion for social advertising
