Due to continued growth, we’re partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing digital agency looking to expand its Social team. Known for its performance-led approach and creative thinking, the agency works with a varied portfolio of ecommerce and lead generation brands across multiple sectors.
They are now looking for a Senior Paid Social Specialist to take ownership of paid social performance and play a key role in shaping the future of the department.

This is a paid-social-first role where you’ll lead campaigns across Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In, Pinterest and X. You’ll take ownership of performance across awareness, consideration and conversion stages, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned to wider business objectives.
You’ll be confident analysing performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA/CPL, CTR and CVR, translating data into clear, commercially focused recommendations.
A key part of the role will involve owning creative testing roadmaps, identifying opportunities across messaging, hooks, formats and audience segments to drive scalable growth. You’ll also apply full-funnel thinking, integrating organic social, UGC and influencer activity into broader campaign strategy.
Client communication will form a core part of the role, including performance updates, testing plans and forward-thinking recommendations. You’ll collaborate closely with paid media, design, content and SEO teams to deliver integrated campaigns that move beyond last-click attribution.
Senior Paid Social Specialist Essential Skills- 3–5 years’ hands-on paid social experience (agency preferred)
- Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of optimisation logic, pixel tracking and event configuration
- Experience building and executing structured testing frameworks
- Confident analysing performance data and translating insights into action
- Comfortable leading client conversations and explaining strategic decisions
