Are you a customer-focused IT professional with strong desktop support experience? My membership based client are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst
to join the IT Services team, providing high-quality support to all IT service users across the organisation.
This is a hands-on, onsite role based in Liverpool
, working five days per week on site
- ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE IN THE BELOW
- Exchange administration
- Experience with Autopilot.
- M365 user administration.
- Copilot for M365
- Zoom account management.
- Apple Business Manager.
