ICT Senior Application Analyst

Overview

As an ICT Senior Applications Analyst you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business solutions using the Group’s corporate and cloud applications and Microsoft technology stack. This is a hands-on position that requires an experienced professional with a strong background in systems analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions that align with organisational objectives.

• Design, develop, implement, and support business solutions using the Group’s corporate and cloud applications and Microsoft technology stack.
• Perform systems analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into practical technical solutions.

• Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Strong Microsoft platform experience across Azure, the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online and SQL Server, including integration and security.
• Experience delivering technology change/projects with stakeholders, managing time, budget and change control.
• Ability to analyse problems and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Clear written and verbal communications skills.
• Customer-focused approach to all work.
• Experience in the Social Housing sector, with strong expertise in Accu Serv and MRI Housing and knowledge of DRS and Propeller.
