What youll be doing As an Implementation Associate, youll support the onboarding of new customers onto our payroll software, helping them get up and running successfully. Supporting end-to-end implementation projects from initial setup through to delivery Working closely with customers to understand their requirements and guide them through the process Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines Setting up systems, transferring client data, and ensuring everything is accurate Testing solutions and validating data to make sure it matches client requirements Joining customer calls, including scoping sessions, training, and software demos Creating clear documentation and supporting handovers to operational teams Learning and applying payroll processes and legislation (full training provided) What youll gain This role is designed to give you real career-building experience from day one:
