- Enforce platform standards including naming conventions, update set management, and security controls
- Support data model integrity and alignment with best practice frameworks (e.g., ITIL, CSDM)

- Own CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (ATF), and deployment controls
- Ensure regression testing and platform reliability
Monitor performance, manage technical debt, and maintain operational excellence
- Collaboration

- Provide technical guidance, peer reviews, and knowledge sharing across the team
- Proven experience in Service Now development and/or administration (approx. 2-4 years)
- Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, etc.)
- Hands‑on experience with configuration‑first development approaches
- Exposure to integrations, testing frameworks, and CI/CD practices
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- ITIL v4 Foundation
- Service Now certifications (CSA, CAD, or specialist certifications)
- Competitive salary and discretionary bonus
- Hybrid working model
- Generous pension and benefits package
- Private medical insurance
- Learning and certification support
- Flexible holiday options
- A collaborative, forward-thinking environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement
