Atrium (EMEA) is supporting a world-leading IT services client in search of an experienced Service Transition Manager to join a major programme within a leading financial services organisation. The role involves ensuring operational readiness of products and services prior to deployment to ensure they are fully supported from day one.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in service transition roles, strong stakeholder management skills, and thorough knowledge of ITIL principles. A necessity to commute to Cheshire two days per week is required.
