I’m currently working with a leading wealth management firm who are investing heavily in technology and looking to hire a Service Now Developer to join their growing engineering function in Liverpool.

What you’ll be doing

Developing and enhancing the Service Now platform using an OOTB/config-first approach
Working across ITSM modules including Incident, Request, Change and Problem Management
Building automations using Flow Designer
Driving platform governance, stability and upgrade readiness
Collaborating closely with technical and operational stakeholders
Supporting platform improvements as part of wider transformation initiatives

What they’re looking for

Strong Service Now Development or Administration experience
Experience working across ITSM environments
Knowledge of Flow Designer, integrations and automation
Understanding of platform governance and best practices
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Any Service Now certifications would be a bonus
Major investment into technology and engineering
Opportunity to influence the future direction of the Service Now platform
