Position: IT Service Desk Specialist: Incident & AD Support

Luton is seeking a skilled IT Service Desk professional to respond to incidents and service requests effectively. The role involves triaging user calls, managing access controls, and ensuring accurate ticket management within an ITSM tool.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable IT customer support experience and a solid understanding of Windows Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange. Working hours are on a rota basis between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday.
