Natobotics is looking for a Scrum Master-Onboarding Support in Glasgow. This 9-month hybrid contract requires 7+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master, and strong knowledge of Agile practices.
The successful candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, support team onboarding into Agile frameworks, and drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity assessment. A background in financial services is an advantage.
