ASDA International is seeking a Service Manager to take charge of the Blue Yonder Forecast & Fulfilment service. In this high-impact role, you will lead the end-to-end service delivery, focusing on performance and continual improvement. You will manage service delivery to ensure strong performance against SLAs and KPIs while driving improvements through data and feedback.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Service Management, preferably within supply chain environments. A knowledge of Blue Yonder is desirable, along with strong ITIL principles and excellent problem-solving skills.
