Randstad Technologies is seeking a 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join their IT support team in Cornwall. You will be responsible for providing hardware and software support as well as basic network support in an ITIL environment.
The ideal candidate has experience with structured troubleshooting, Microsoft Intune, and good communication skills. Familiarity with ITSM tools like Remedy or Service Now is beneficial.
