Digital Marketing Manager
We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a hands‑on role with a strong website focus, managing and improving client sites alongside the multi‑channel campaigns that drive traffic to them. You'll work directly with ambitious B2B clients and collaborate with our senior team to deliver measurable results.
What you'll be doing day-to-day- Manage, update and maintain client websites in Word Press and other CMSs
- Manage websites built in Next.js, with Vercel and Git Hub
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Ads and other paid channels
- Conduct SEO audits and implement on‑page and technical SEO improvements
- Set up and manage tracking and tagging via Google Tag Manager and GA4
- Plan, create and schedule content across client websites and marketing channels
- Plan and deliver CRO and A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Create and monitor dashboards and performance reports
- Collaborate with teams on page design, ad copy and campaign assets
- Weekly client meetings to provide progress reports
- 4+ years experience in a digital marketing role, ideally in a B2B or agency environment
- Hands‑on experience managing websites in Word Press
- Experience with Next.js, Git Hub, Vercel and other similar platforms
- Experience with AI (Claude Code)
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and content marketing fundamentals
- Extensive experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads
- An eye for detail and excellent verbal communication skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset; you love digging into data to find insights and optimise performance
- A drive to stay up to date with web, SEO and digital marketing trends, tools and best practices
- Experience with HTML and CSS for website edits and troubleshooting
- Google Ads or Google Analytics certifications
- Experience with CRO and A/B testing tools
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems (Hub Spot, Pardot, SFDC etc.)
- Basic design skills using Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales and marketing alignment
