We're looking for a Supply Chain Systems Analyst to join our Supply Chain team on a maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Systems Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse systems continue to operate efficiently while supporting business change, system improvements and project delivery.

Working across both technical and operational teams, you'll act as a key point of contact for Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), helping to resolve issues, coordinate system releases and deliver configuration changes that enhance our distribution centre operations.

Also you’ll:

  • Provide technical support for WMS and other distribution centre systems, troubleshooting issues and ensuring business continuity.
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly system releases, working closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Complete post‑release validation and system checks, with occasional out‑of‑hours or weekend support where required.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into practical system solutions and configuration changes.
  • Design, implement and document system configuration changes, including creating deployment runbooks for releases.
  • Support business change initiatives and Supply Chain projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Raise, manage and track defects using Jira, ensuring issues are investigated and resolved effectively.
  • Support testing activities, including reviewing test plans and scripts to ensure successful delivery.
  • Maintain key system documentation, change trackers and configuration records.
  • Produce Jira workload reports and maintain project administration, including tracking project hours and CAPEX/OPEX allocations.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and warehouse processes.

You’ll have experience working with Warehouse Management Systems and enjoy solving problems, improving processes and collaborating with both technical and operational teams.

We’re ideally looking for someone who has:

  • Experience configuring Manhattan Active WMS.
  • Experience supporting or coordinating system testing.
  • A strong understanding of warehouse operations, with automation experience being advantageous.
  • Experience managing system changes, releases and deployments.
  • Knowledge of Jira or similar issue management tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confidence working with stakeholders across both technical and operational functions.
  • Great attention to detail and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
If you’re passionate about Supply Chain systems, enjoy driving operational improvements and want to make a real impact during a key period for the team, we’d love to hear from you.
