Identify Solutions is seeking a User Researcher for a major Public Sector digital transformation in Liverpool. In this hybrid role, you will lead user research to shape next-generation public services used by millions.
Your responsibilities will include planning and conducting qualitative and quantitative research, translating findings into actionable insights, and supporting GDS-aligned delivery across multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UK Public Sector environments and an understanding of GDS Service Standards.
