Your role

This is an exciting opportunity if you have some first line support experience and are looking to build your technical expertise, broaden your experience and develop a long term IT career in a dynamic operational environment.

As the first point of contact for IT support, you will help colleagues with a wide range of technologies across a broad range of business functions, by managing incidents, troubleshooting technical issues, service requests and escalations while ensuring a professional, responsive and customer focused service.

What you'll bring

You will have:

• Experience providing first line IT support within a service desk or IT support environment;
• Experience managing incidents and service requests in line with ITIL principles;
• Knowledge or practical experience of technologies, such as Active Directory and domain management, Microsoft Exchange 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or One Drive;
