Bullhorn is seeking a Product Support Analyst who is fluent in Dutch and English to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will be the frontline for our customers, diagnosing technical challenges across 15+ product lines, and guiding them to swift, first-call resolutions while embedding empathy and accountability in every interaction.
In this role you will resolve issues, escalate when needed, and contribute to the knowledge base to improve future support.
