BillyQ, the technology brand within Poolhouse, is seeking a Head of Customer Success to build and lead the CS function post-sale across venues in the UK and internationally. You will own onboarding, adoption and renewals, maximise partner satisfaction and drive revenue per installation while shaping product feedback and customer strategy.
You will report to the CTO and establish the CS operating model, KPIs and team growth in a fast-growing tech business with hybrid working and equity
