New Look is seeking an Applications Services Analyst to support Retail, Corporate and Trading applications and drive ongoing improvements across a diverse IT landscape including Oracle Retail and Enactor POS. You will investigate incidents, coordinate internal teams and third parties, and contribute to Major Incident Management.
The ideal candidate will have strong ITIL/incident management experience, solid SQL and scripting skills, and familiarity with cloud platforms.
