About the Role

My client is recruiting a experienced Cyber Security Architect to lead the design and evolution of secure technology solutions across a major UK logistics network. This role goes beyond standard corporate IT, embedding "security-by-design" principles across enterprise systems, cloud environments, and complex Operational Technology (OT/SCADA) environments underpinning vital national supply chains.

• Define and maintain security architecture standards, reference designs, and patterns across enterprise IT, cloud, and OT infrastructure.

• Act as the technical Security Design Authority for new capital projects, system changes, and third-party supplier solutions.

• Conduct threat modelling and architectural risk assessments to identify control gaps and drive resilience.

• Collaborate closely with 24/7 operations, network engineering, and OT teams to ensure security patterns are pragmatic and operational.
