Weightmans in the UK is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to deliver BAU Level 1 IT support across our IT estate, ensuring colleagues stay productive.
You will work hands-on with Windows, Active Directory, SSO, Networking, M365, end point and device management, with a strong focus on customer service.
Reporting to the Service Desk Team Leader, you will support security, compliance and improvements while mentoring junior analysts.
