Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Excellent Benefits An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join a growing technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.
Working in a large Microsoft landscape, this role is ideal for someone with 12 - 24 months of IDAM, Service Desk, Infrastructure or IT Operations experience looking to develop their career within Identity & Access Management and Microsoft security technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) processes Assist with user provisioning and access management Maintain Active Directory and Microsoft Entra Support RBAC and access governance activities Assist with access reviews and PIM administration Support MFA and Conditional Access controls Maintain IAM documentation and procedures Support audit and compliance requests
Skills & Experience Required:
Minimum 12 months IT support, infrastructure, security or IAM experience Exposure to Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) and Active Directory Understanding of onboarding/offboarding processes Knowledge of access management and RBAC principles Experience with Service Now or similar ITSM tools Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Desirable:
Basic Power Shell scripting Exposure to Entra Understanding of MFA and Conditional Access ITIL Foundation or Microsoft security certifications
