You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working pro‑actively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to Information Security, Supplier Assurance, Governance and Risk Management whilst building valuable operational, stakeholder management and process improvement experience.
In this role you’ll:
- Support Third Party Risk Management operations, including supplier due diligence administration, assessment coordination and workflow tracking activities.
- Provide operational support to ensure stakeholder needs and agreed service levels are achieved.
- Manage workflow queues, shared mailboxes and ticketing activities.
- Coordinate requests for information, evidence and documentation between suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records and audit‑ready documentation.
- Produce reporting, metrics and management information.
- Support continuous improvement of TPRM processes.
- Develop subject matter expertise in TPRM processes, tools and procedures.
- Perform control testing activities and document results accurately.
- Identify and elevate exceptions, missing information and control weaknesses.
- Track outstanding actions and follow up with stakeholders.
You’ll be someone with:
- Experience in a large, complex organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing workflows and operational processes.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Knowledge of Information Security, Governance, Risk or Compliance advantageous.
