Davies Group in Stoke is seeking a Casualty Claims Handler to join our Claims Management team. You will provide a quality, proactive cradle-to-grave claims service on behalf of public sector clients and in accordance with the insurer’s philosophy.
You’ll handle liability claims across various injuries, with experience in insurance or legal environments preferred. This role entails establishing cover, recording, investigating, deciding liability, negotiating settlements, and meeting client SLAs.
