Commercial Account Executive – Commercial Insurance | Amersham | Hybrid Commercial Account Executive – Commercial Insurance Are you an experienced Commercial Account Executive with a background in commercial insurance sales, insurance broking, client management or business development ? We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Executive to join a growing UK Retail Sales team based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire , with a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office .

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Insurance Account Executive , Insurance Broker , Account Executive or experienced Commercial Insurance Sales professional looking to develop their career within a growing and successful insurance business. You will play a key role in new business development, client retention, account growth and revenue generation , while acting as a trusted adviser to commercial insurance clients and helping businesses navigate their changing insurance and risk requirements.

The Role – Commercial Insurance Account Executive As a Commercial Account Executive , you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing commercial insurance clients and identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing, generating and winning new commercial insurance business . Managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients . Building strong, long-term relationships with commercial clients, prospects and insurer partners . Acting as a trusted commercial insurance adviser to clients. Leading commercial insurance renewal and placement discussions . Negotiating competitive and appropriate commercial insurance solutions for clients. Identifying opportunities for account development, cross-selling and increased client retention .

Understanding clients' evolving business risks and recommending appropriate insurance products and solutions . Building a strong pipeline of new business and commercial insurance opportunities . Working collaboratively with Broking Operations, Account Handlers and specialist insurance teams to deliver excellent client service. Contributing to business development, client retention, revenue and growth objectives . Supporting the continued growth and success of the wider UK Retail Sales team .

A proven ability to develop new business and generate commercial opportunities . Experience managing and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients . Strong commercial awareness and excellent relationship-building skills . Confidence identifying, developing and converting new business opportunities . Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills .
