As part of the formation of our Litigation Team
, we are inviting applications for Claims Administrator roles. These positions will play a key role in supporting the progression of high-volume, standard small claims.
Claims Administrators will be responsible for non-reserved activities, including:
- Preparing draft claims, Particulars of Claim, applications, and judgment requests via the case management system and MCOL.
- Monitoring post-issue activity and escalating all defences, AOS, admissions, and part-admissions to the Supervising Solicitor, while maintaining accurate case records.
- Instructing high court enforcement (where applicable) and monitoring progress of enforcement, including liaising with enforcement officers.
- Liaising with clients, courts, lenders, and responding to standard debtor enquiries.
- Processing payments from lenders and debtors.
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with CPR, GDPR, and SRA best practice

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients and stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a legal or claims environment is desirable but not essential.
