Property Law Paralegal

Position: Property Law Paralegal (Permanent)
Service care solutions are currently recruiting for a Property Law Paralegal for a growing Law Firm based in Merseyside.

This role will include assisting senior property lawyers in a very fast-paced department.

You will also have the confidence and experience to assist with residential conveyancing work.

They are paying a competitive salary of £24,000- £26,000 annum DOE

Responsibilities as a conveyancer:

Managing property transactions from instruction to completion
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
Assisting the property team day to day in all offices.

Experience of working in a CQS accredited practice
About you as a conveyancer:

Strong knowledge of Residential and conveyancing procedures
Good time management and ability to handle multiple cases
Excellent attention to details
Good communication and IT skills
At least 12 month experience working as a Residential Conveyancer
