A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate Senior Associate for an interim role within its high-performing Real Estate team. This position is ideal for a senior lawyer who can take ownership of large-scale real estate investments, including private equity–backed transactions, and provide immediate, senior-level support.

You will act as a senior lead within the investment platform, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders across the global network.

• Lead high-value real estate investment transactions, with a focus on private equity–driven deals
• Manage complex real estate matters from inception to close, ensuring seamless execution
• Provide strategic advice to clients and internal stakeholders on structuring, risk, and deal strategy
• Collaborate with partners across the global Real Estate practice
• Operate independently, providing leadership within active transactions

• 7+ PQE qualified solicitor, ideally Senior Associate level or above
• Strong background in major real estate investments, with private equity experience desirable
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale, complex transactions
• Confident operating independently and taking responsibility for deal delivery
