Family Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Berkshire, £Highly Competitive – We are looking for an experienced and passionate Family Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join a dedicated family law team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse and rewarding caseload in a supportive and collaborative environment. JOB .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, private children disputes, and separation.Advising clients on cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements.Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.Providing sensitive and strategic advice in high-net-worth financial cases.Drafting legal documents, including consent orders, separation agreements, and financial settlements.Working closely with colleagues across the firm to provide holistic support to clients.SKILLS REQUIRED:
A minimum of 4 years PQE in family law with proven experience in divorce, financial settlements, and cohabitation issues.Experience in drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements.Strong advocacy skills and the ability to represent clients effectively in court.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload.Experience in working collaboratively in a team environment.A commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.ON
