HRGO Recruitment is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join a dynamic, award-winning Residential Conveyancing team in Anfield, Liverpool. The successful candidate will provide essential support to a professional conveyancer, assisting with cases from inception to completion, and ensuring high standards of service and compliance.

• Job Title: Conveyancing Assistant
• Location: Anfield, Liverpool
• Hours: Monday – Friday

• Support the Conveyancing team in managing a busy caseload
• Provide administrative assistance and support to fee earners
• Answer incoming calls and address client queries where possible
• Respond promptly to prospective client enquiries
• Handle incoming and outgoing posts efficiently
• Manage files from opening through to issuing contracts, maintaining accurate records
• Ensure compliance with CQS, anti-money laundering legislation, KYC procedures, and other regulatory requirements
• Participate in required training and take responsibility for self-development
• Maintain confidentiality of all client and firm information in line with GDPR
• Support business development and networking initiatives
• Undertake any other duties as required by Directors or other fee earners

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Knowledge of the full client lifecycle and conveyancing process
• Experience with Proclaim Case Management System preferred (training provided if required)
